What you should see here (if you installed ShockWave correctly), is a small interactive screen. You will find examples for adjusting a kite, how to make both clips equal and how to tune a kite. Just click on the related button inside the ShockWave window. If you have a slow connection running you can switch to the small version of the ShockWave. You will loose a little animation and the speech.
